			<description><![CDATA[<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Game System Updates:</span><br />
<br />
All newly created characters receive &#36;750 to start with instead of &#36;300. Existing character sheets have been updated to reflect this change.<br />
<br />
Shops have been added and expanded. Characters may now purchase "for real" gear to replace the temporary gear. Contact GM Whistler to arrange your purchases if you haven't already.<br />
<br />
A success in combat is now counted when the roll is greater than OR equal to the target evasion (not simply greater than)<br />
<br />
Carry limits have been defined. A character may carry two weapons on their person in a quest or duel. It costs an action to switch between weapons unless otherwise noted by a skill. A character may carry more than two weapons IF they purchase load bearing equipment. Characters may also carry five consumables or may purchase a backpack to carry more. See the <a href="http://midcityrpg.com/system/combat/#equip" target="_blank" rel="noopener" class="mycode_url">Equipment section</a> under the Combat rules.<br />

<a href="http://midcityrpg.com/story/classes/hacker/hacking-rules/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" class="mycode_url">Hacking rules</a> have been added. They are linked from the Hacker class page.<br />
