A knife in the dark, a silent arrow, an unseen assailant. If someone winds up dead before anyone realizes what happened, it's likely an Operative is responsible. These masters of stealth harness nexus energies to manipulate position and probability while lurking in the shadows, tracking their quarry in silence, and waiting for the opportune moment to strike. After all, the enemy can't hit you if they can't see you. Operatives are in high demand for wetwork due to their uncanny ability to get in and out while leaving no trace.
Operatives are talented marksmen with bows, crossbows, and thrown weapons. They're equally handy with short blades like knives and daggers. They favour light armour for its freedom of movement, and while this leaves them more vulnerable to damage... they're very rarely there when someone tries to hit them.
